A New Chapter for NHS New Britain’s Community Engagement! We recently marked an exciting milestone for NHS New Britain’s Community Building and Engagement team as we launched our new initiative to be more active in our local community through partnerships like this with Smalley Elementary School.

At NHS, we know that home is more than just a place—it’s about belonging, security, and identity. Much like a home, cultural heritage provides a foundation of strength, pride, and connection to something greater than ourselves. As we honor Hispanic Heritage, we celebrate not just the past, but the rich cultural roots that continue to guide us toward a brighter future.

On September 25th, Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater New Britain, in partnership with Greater Bristol Homes, celebrated the completion of two brand new homes at 63 and 147 Gridley Street in Bristol.

On June 26th, we were joined by New Britain Mayor Erin Stewart, Commissioner Seila Mosquera-Bruno, and the Connecticut Department of Housing to celebrate the Groundbreaking of 64 Hart Street in New Britain!

On June 8th, 2024, we celebrated the 45th anniversary of NeighborWorks and Neighborhood Housing Services with the NHS Housing Fair.

Neighborhood Housing Greater New Britain has announced raising $500 for Maidan United for medical relief in Ukraine.
